Abstract: The theoretical principles of the application of the EPR method in the study of the kinetics of exchange processes involving free radicals and radical-anions are described and the results of studies by the EPR method of the tautomeric transformations in radicals and radical-anions, accompanied by the migration of atoms, cations, and organic and organoelemental fragments, are examined.
