Anodic Dimerisation, Addition and Substitution Reactions of Organic Compounds
L. A. Mirkind State Research and Design Institute of the Paint Iindustry, Moscow
Abstract:
The review deals with certain general characteristics of the behaviour of organic substances at high positive potentials, which determine the mechanism and kinetics of anodic dimerisation (condensation), addition, and substitution reactions. A systematic account is given of the most significant results of studies in recent years on organic electrosynthesis based on the above classes of reactions. The bibliography includes 303 references.
