Abstract: All data published up to 1973 on the hydrodynamic properties and molecular-weight parameters of organosilicon ladder polymers are surveyed. The reasons for the formation of polyphenylsilsesquioxane macromolecules of various structures are assessed. A list of 63 references is included.
