Abstract:
Considerable attention is paid to the action on seeds of various plant-growth regulators and vitamins. A special place is occupied by the possibility of using chemicals to change the genetic peculiarities of plants, and also by the use of special polymer films as seed coatings. Great value attaches to the local introduction with the seeds of substances that protect both seeds and shoots from various pests and diseases. A list of 575 references is included.
