Abstract:
The literature data for the chromatographic separation of nucleic acids and their components are considered in the review. Particular attention has been devoted to the commonest types of column chromatography, thin layer chromatography using different adsorbents, and electrophoresis. The applicability of each type of chromatography in the study of the primary nucleic acid structure and the formation of complexes by nucleic acids with natural products of other classes is demonstrated. The bibliography includes 597 references.
