Abstract: The effect of the electronic structure of the lattice cations, of the environment of the adsorption centres, of the relative positions of the propene and oxygen adsorption centres, of the electronic work function of the solid, and of the acidity of its surface on the activity of catalysts for the oxidative ammoniolysis of propene is examined on the basis of the literature data.
