Abstract: Methods of synthesis of highly dispersed inorganic materials based on the use of ultrasonic treatment are considered. Particular attention is paid to current trends in sonochemistry, namely, ultrasonic hydrothermal treatment and high-temperature ultrasonic processing of liquid- and solid-phase systems.
