Abstract:
A relative assessment of the main methods of quantitative chromatography is given. The theory and practice of cusp chromatography (a new variant of precipitation chromatography, developed by the writers) are discussed, and examples are given of the determination of cations and anions, singly and in mixtures, and over a very wide range of concentrations. 38 references.
