Abstract: The literature data and studies in the field of organosilicon derivatives of heterocycles containing one nitrogen atom in the ring have been reviewed. The methods of preparation, physical, chemical, and biological properties, and practical applications of organosilicon nitrogen-containing heterocycles in which the silicon atom is linked directly to a ring carbon or nitrogen atom and also via an oxygen atom or a carbon chain have been examined.
The bibliography includes 350 references.
