Abstract: Methods of preparation and the influence of fluorine atoms on the principal physicochemical characteristics of fluorine-containing polyethers, polyesters, and polythia-compounds are reviewed. Heterochain and carbochain polyethers and polyesters and their possible regions of practical use in chemistry and technology are discussed.
