Yu. I. Kuznetsov, L. P. Kazansky Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electro Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow
Abstract:
The state of the art of studies dealing with development and perfection of methods for metal protection against corrosion by azole heterocycles is considered. The composition and the key mechanisms of formation of ultrathin (nanosized) protective layers on the surface of various metals by these inhibitors are discussed.
