Abstract: The review is devoted to the synthesis and biological properties of the amides and peptides containing the stereoisomers of 4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]phenylalanine. The approaches to the selection of the structures of the compounds indicated, ensuring an increase in the selectivity of their antitumour activity, are examined. The bibliography includes 131 references.
