Abstract: The review presents an analysis of the chemical chemicoenzymic, and enzymic methods of synthesis of nucleoside 5'-triphosphates labelled with phosphorus isotopes ( 32P and 33P) in the α- and γ-positions. The major part of the review is devoted to enzymic methods of synthesis, because they have undoubted advantages. The enzymatic reactions are described in detail, the specificity and availability of the enzymes are considered, and data on the radiation stability of certain enzymes are presented. The bibliography includes 29 references.
