Abstract: The structure-kinetic and stereochemical aspects of rearrangements of cationic σ- and π-complexes of unsaturated organic compounds with electrophilic reagents containing no metal atoms and the effects of the medium and phase state on these rearrangements are considered. The bibliography includes 299 references.
