Abstract: The review is devoted to the analysis of one of the new trends in phospholipid synthesis. An attempt is made to demonstrate the likely usefulness of studies designed to establish an interdisciplinary field combining the interests and possibilities of the chemistry of lipids and the chemistry of trivalent phosphorus. The bibliography includes 218 references.
