Abstract: Regioselective methods of synthesis of asymmetrically substituted diazene oxides, in which the diazene oxide group is linked to carbon, oxygen, sulphur, nitrogen, and phosphorus atoms, are examined. Data on the reaction conditions, yields and structures of azoxy-products are presented. The bibliography includes 232 references.
