Time and spectral–time characteristics of intracavity radiation emitted by a copper vapor active medium
A. M. Bakiev, S. Kh. Valiev
Abstract:
An experimental investigation was made of the time and spectral–time characteristics of intracavity radiation emitted by a copper vapor active medium in a resonator formed by plane mirrors with lenses between them. The traveling-wave regime was observed in the investigated resonator. The resonator was capable not only of time division, but also of spectral separation of single-pass and round-trip output beams: the single-pass output radiation consisted almost entirely of the green component, whereas the round-trip radiation consisted of the yellow component.
