Angular correction of the radiation emitted from a laser with an inhomogeneous active medium

Abstract: An experimental comparison was made of a plane-parallel resonator containing a telescopic angular selector with an unstable telescopic resonator. The resonator with a telescopic angular selector made it possible to achieve for the first time a considerable reduction in the angular divergence of the radiation emitted from a moving stimulated emission zone.
