Active optical system for projection processing of objects

A. M. Bakiev, S. Kh. Valiev, N. V. Kryazhev, B. T. El'tazarov
Abstract: A description is given of an active optical system utilizing a copper vapor laser with a hemispherical resonator for projection processing of objects. This analysis ended with transfer of an image to a surface. The unevenness of the edge of the processed regions was within the range 0.4–0.8 μm.
