Helium–neon 0.63 μ laser with a 129J2 nonlinear absorption cell

Abstract: A description is given of an 3He–22Ne/129J2 laser stabilized with the aid of peaks A, B, and C in the nonlinear absorption spectrum of 129J2 in the 0.63 μ range. The frequency characteristics of the laser are reported. This prototype laser is constructed using soviet materials, including the iodine-129 nuclide.
