Interferometer with a diverging lens for the investigation of laser radiation wavefronts

I. V. Ivanova, A. D. Tsvetkov

Research Institute for Complex Testing of Optoelectronic Devices and Systems, Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad region
Abstract: An interferometer was constructed for the analysis of laser radiation wavefronts. A lens optical component used in this interferometer was made by sintering and local compression of two glasses. The error in the determination of the wavefront topography of test radiation was less than 1/30 of its wavelength.
