Abstract: A CO2/OsO4 laser standard with a frequency stability of ~3×10–13 and a frequency reproducibility ~3×10–12 was constructed and investigated. The absolute value of the frequency of this standard was determined to within 3×10–12 and this value was 28 464 676 938 787 ± 95 Hz.
