Laser radiation parameters

Parameters of laser scanning systems in the case when the recording process has a threshold

Abstract: The results are given of an investigation of the quality of images recorded by laser scanning systems in materials which have an energy transformation threshold. The relationships between the parameters of a system ensuring the optimal reproduction of various image elements are determined theoretically. Experimental results are reported on image reconstruction for different values of the laser radiation power, recording rate, and scanning step. It is shown that the recording quality can be controlled by varying the parameters of the focusing system.
