Control of laser radiation parameters

Compression of frequency-modulated pulses by dynamic scattering in the Laue geometry

Abstract: It is shown that, in principle, it is possible to compress frequency-modulated x-ray and optical radiation pulses by dynamic scattering in linearly periodic inhomogeneous media.
