Emission of hard photons by spontaneous scattering of an electromagnetic wave from relativistic oscillators

L. A. Rivlin

Moscow State Technical University of Radioengineering, Electronics and Automation
Abstract: A resonant process of spontaneous scattering of photons on a counterpropagating beam of relativistic electrons, which acquire the properties of harmonic oscillators in a static magnetic field, generates with a high quantum efficiency a monochromatic directional intense beam of hard photons.
