Abstract: A theoretical analysis is made of the wavefront reconstruction and reversal of nonmonochromatic radiation in stimulated scattering. It is shown that several wavefront reconstruction or reversal conditions are possible for nonmonochromatic excitation. Expressions are obtained for the scattered field amplitudes. The effect of the type of time dependence of the exciting radiation on the character of the wavefront reconstruction or reversal effect is analyzed.
