A possible way of increasing the precision of comparison of the values of the Planck constant in a certain frequency range

Abstract: A proposal is made for an experiment in which nonlinear optics and laser spectroscopy methods are used to increase by several orders of magnitude the precision of a quantitative criterion characterizing the absence of a frequency dispersion of the Planck constant.
