Laser-plasma spectra of ions of elements from Fe to Br with 15–24 lost electrons, recorded in the 50–150 Å range

È. Ya. Kononov, V. I. Kovalev, A. N. Ryabtsev, S. S. Churilov
Abstract: Plasma was formed by focusing neodymium laser radiation of 5 GW power on solid targets made of elements between Fe and Br. Radiative transitions of the 2s22pt – 2s2pt+1 type were recorded for F-, O-, and N-like ions as well as spectral lines or anomalous intensity due to 4f – 5g transitions in Na-like ions. Intercombination transitions in O-like ions Fe XIX, Ni XXI, Cu XXII, and Zn XXIII were observed.
