Optimization of technological closed-cycle CO2 laser to 10 kW power

Abstract: The electrical and optical systems, as well as the composition and rate of renewal of the active medium of a technological closed-cycle CO2 laser were investigated. The optimization procedure made it possible to increase the output power to 10 kW for a total efficiency of ~8%.
