Multiframe laser interferometer systems for studies of rapidly varying processes

S. Denus, A. Kasperczuk, S. Kowalski, M. Paduch, T. Pisarczyk, L. Pokora, Z. Wereszczyñnski, M. Sadowski
Abstract: Two multiframe interferometer systems are descrined, using Jamin and Mach–Zehnder interferometers, specially designed for the study of fast irreproducible processes. The construction is described of a diagnostic ruby laser, used as the laser source in both systems. Some results obtained using these systems are given which demonstrate their suitability for investigations on dense high-temperature plasmas.
