Emission spectrum of a TEA CO2 laser with an unstable resonator

Abstract:
A method was developed for investigating the spectral structure of the radiation emitted from a single-pulse TEA CO2 laser by using a scanning Fabry–Perot interferometer and a single-frequency CO2 reference laser. Various operating regimes were investigated for a TEA CO2 laser with an unstable resonator.
