Individually addressable liquid-crystal controlled transparency

Abstract:
An individually addressable liquid-crystal controlled transparency was developed and optimized. Its information capacity was 16×16 elements in combination with an electronic unit for addressing the elements. The transparency was used in optical recording of information in microholograms.
