Investigation of noncollinear Bragg diffraction by corrugated grating structures in diffused waveguides

Yu. V. Borodakiĭ, Yu. A. Bykovskiĭ, V. L. Smirnov, O. I. Tolstopyatov
Abstract: An analysis is made of planar waveguides with a quadratic distribution of the refractive index with depth. A report is given of the results of an experimental study of the dependence of the efficiency of noncollinear Bragg diffraction on the waveguide parameters.
