Lasers

Radiation from a two-mode gas laser operating in a locked state

G. I. Kozin, I. P. Konovalov, E. D. Protsenko, A. V. Terekhin
Abstract: Theoretical and experimental investigations were made of the characteristics of radiation from a gas laser emitting two orthogonally polarized and locked resonator modes. The results of this investigation can be used in developing new polarization methods for intracavity interferometry and spectroscopy.
