Interaction of a spatially modulated wave of complex structure with a plane wave in a quantum amplifier

Abstract: A theoretical investigation is made of conversion (in an amplifier) of the image of a signal consisting of a wave with a pseudorandom transverse structure and a plane wave. Equations are obtained for the description of the mutual influence of these waves under saturation conditions. The results of calculations demonstrate a considerable change in the ratio of the intensities of these waves as a result of amplification.
