Abstract: A highly efficient temperature-tunable picosecond optical parametric oscillator was developed. Its advantages included a high stability of the direction of propagation of radiation in the course of frequency tuning. A study was made of the tuning and energy characteristics of the oscillator. The tuning range was 0.75–0.95 μm for the signal wave and 1.2–1.85 μm for the idler wave.
