Full-text PDF (334 kB) Citations (2)
Abstract: An investigation is made of the transmission of InAs under conditions of propagation of two opposite waves. It is shown that the opposite wave induces nonlinear absorption with an efficiency 1.5 times higher than that of the wave whose transmission is measured, i.e., when analyzing nonlinear absorption of opposite waves in InAs, coherent effects must be taken into account.
