Full-text PDF (603 kB) Citations (3)
Abstract: The formation of clusters and microparticles was observed as a result of the ultraviolet excitation of Mo (CO)6, Cr(CO)6, and W(CO)6 gases by XeCl laser radiation. It was found that in the case of Mo (CO)6, the product microparticles emitted high-intensity visible luminescence on exposure to the next XeCl laser pulse.
