Kinetics of formation and quenching of Xe2F* molecules pumped with excimer radiation

Abstract: A study was made of the dependences of the intensity of the luminescence emitted by XeF* and Xe2F* molecules in three-component mixtures. The rate constants of the formation and quenching of the Xe2F* molecule were determined.
