Abstract: Stabilization of the pump current and temperature of serially manufactured semiconductor injection lasers of the ILPN-205 type (λ≈0.78 μ) ensured stability of the emission wavelength to within 5×10–8 for a measurement time of 10 sec and reproducibility of this wavelength (from one shot to another) within 1.6×10–6.
