Adaptive cooled mirror for the resonator of an industrial laser

Abstract: The construction of a semipassive adaptive cooled bimorph mirror is described. The results are given of an investigation of its principal characteristics, such as the sensitivity and the response function of the electrodes. The results of tests under the influence of a high-power laser beam are also given.
