Method for the determination of distances with a heterodyne optical rangefinder

Abstract:
An analysis is made of the possibility of determining distances in the case of spectral broadening of a signal in a rangefinder utilizing a CO2 laser with a piezoelectric corrector and a heterodyne receiver.
