Angular selectivity and coherent erasure of quadratic polarizability holograms in fiber waveguides

B. Ya. Zel'dovich, Yu. E. Kapitskiĭ
Abstract: Picosecond pulses of neodymium laser radiation and its second harmonic were used in recording of holograms. These holograms exhibited an angular selectivity. Coherent erasure of holograms by second exposure to signals with the opposite sign of the phase shift between them was demonstrated.
