Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of the possibility of control and spatial scanning of the emission from injection light sources by a beam of 4–10 keV electrons. The active element was a Ga1–xAlxAs light-emitting diode with a barrier layer between one of the metal contacts and the semiconductor.
