Full-text PDF (522 kB) Citations (1)
Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of the energy and spectral characteristics of a static cw waveguide CO2 laser with transverse high-frequency excitation. The output power was determined as a function of the pressure in the active mixture, its composition, and high-frequency power supplied to the discharge. The discharge took place in BeO capillaries with diameters 3 and 1.6 mm.
