Control of laser radiation parameters

Bifurcations and chaos in a periodically pumped CO2 laser

Abstract: Experimental and theoretical investigations were made of the appearance of chaotic pulsations of the intensity of the output radiation of a CO2 laser subjected to pumping characterized by strong periodic modulation. The results of numerical modeling of the system are in agreement with the experimental data.
