Spectroscopic properties of radiation emitted by injection heterolasers with a crescent-shaped active region

G. T. Mikayelyan, A. I. Sverdlov, S. N. Sokolov
Abstract: A study was made of the dependences of the emission wavelength on the pump current and temperature of an injection heterolaser with a crescent-shaped active region and a channel in the substrate. These dependences did not exhibit a hysteresis. A detailed study was made of the process of hopping from one longitudinal mode of the laser crystal resonator to another.
