Optical realization of a high-order associative memory

B. S. Kiselev, N. Yu. Kulakov, A. L. Mikaelyan, V. A. Shkitin
Abstract: A method is proposed for optical realization of the generalized Hopfield model in the case of bipolar vectors and an optical model of a high-order associative memory is given. It is shown that an increase in the order of the model increases considerably the capacity of the memory and permits associative display (output) of images which are strongly correlated.
