Use of anisotropically resistive electrodes in high-pressure CO2 lasers

Abstract: A considerable improvement in the pump parameters of the existing gas-discharge CO2 lasers with a self-sustained discharge in a dense gas was achieved by replacing traditional metal electrodes with anisotropically resistive electrodes.
