Calculation of steady-state characteristics of a many-resonator injection laser

Abstract: A discussion is given of a method for the calculation of the steady-state characteristics of many-resonator quantum-optical logic circuits. The method developed is used to determine the working range of a quantumoptical half-adder. The results are compared with the experimental data.
